Reacciones adversas del tratamiento con quimioterapia parenteral en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Militar Central

Abstract

El objetivo es identificar las reacciones adversas del tratamiento con quimioterapia parenteral en pacientes atendidos en el hospital. Como método, se utilizó el tipo deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado. La muestra estuvo constituida por 60 historias clínicas. Teniendo como resultados que dentro de las características sociodemográficas de los pacientes atendidos con tratamiento de quimioterapia parenteral en el hospital Militar Central. Se concluyó que respecto a las reacciones adversas en su dimensión órganos el 48,3% presentaron reacciones adversas en el sistema digestivo, según causalidad el 58,3% presentaron reacciones adversas como condicional, según diagnóstico el 40,0% presentan cáncer de cérvix, el 81,7% no presentan reacciones adversas cardiovasculares, el 68,3% presentaron reacciones adversas moderadas.

The objective is to identify adverse reactions to parenteral chemotherapy treatment in patients treated at the hospital. As a method, the deductive, quantitative, applied type was used. The sample consisted of 60 medical records. The results showed that within the sociodemographic characteristics of the patients treated with parenteral chemotherapy at the Central Military Hospital. It was concluded that with respect to adverse reactions in their organ dimension, 48.3% presented adverse reactions in the digestive system, according to causality 58.3% presented adverse reactions as conditional, according to diagnosis 40.0% presented cervical cancer, 81.7% did not present cardiovascular adverse reactions, 68.3% presented moderate adverse reactions.
