Análisis de los errores de prescripción y sus factores condicionantes en pacientes que acuden a la farmacia del Centro de Salud San Jerónimo

Abstract

El objetivo es analizar los errores de prescripción y sus factores condicionantes en pacientes que acuden a la farmacia del centro de salud san jerónimo. Como método, se utilizó un estudio de tipo básico de nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal retrospectivo. La muestra fue de tipo aleatoria y el muestreo de tipo probabilístico. El tamaño de la muestra es de 376. Se aplicaron técnicas de análisis documental y el instrumento fue la ficha de recogida de datos. En conclusión, fue hallado a los analgésicos y los antibióticos como los medicamentos más recetados que contribuyeron a los errores de prescripción, con un 35% de los casos, aunque el 75% de las recetas eran legibles y procedían del médico tratante.

The aim of this study was to analyze prescription errors and their conditioning factors in patients attending the pharmacy of the San Jerónimo health center. The method used was a basic descriptive study with a non-experimental retrospective cross-sectional design. The sample was random and the sampling was probabilistic. The sample size was 376. Documentary analysis techniques were applied and the instrument was the data collection form. In conclusion, analgesics and antibiotics were found to be the most prescribed drugs that contributed to prescription errors, with 35% of the cases, although 75% of the prescriptions were legible and came from the treating physician.
