Nivel de satisfacción ante la atención brindada por la farmacia del hospital Salud Primavera – de la Provincia de Trujillo

Abstract

El objetivo general es determinar el nivel de satisfacción ante la atención brindada por la farmacia del Hospital Salud Primavera - de la provincia de Trujillo. Se usó diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y un enfoque cuantitativo, el tamaño de muestra fue de 385 encuestados. Este estudio abordó 3 dimensiones, nivel de confianza y seguridad, nivel de Solidaridad y atención inmediata y Nivel de presentación e imagen del establecimiento, participaron 385 usuarios, de los cuales los varones son los usuarios que más frecuenta a la farmacia del hospital salud primavera que representa un 57.92% del total de encuestados, y las mujeres con un 42.08%, y el rango de edad que más frecuenta a la farmacia hospital primavera es de 28 a 37 años con un 35.32% del total de encuestados. Se concluye respecto al nivel de satisfacción general de los clientes que 0.26% están nada satisfechos, 44.68% están un poco satisfechos, 54.29% están satisfechos y 0.78% están muy satisfechos.

The general objective is to determine the level of satisfaction with the care provided by the pharmacy of the Hospital Salud Primavera in the province of Trujillo. A non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive design and a quantitative approach were used, the sample size was 385 respondents. This study addressed 3 dimensions, level of trust and security, level of solidarity and immediate attention and level of presentation and image of the establishment, 385 users participated, of which men are the most frequent users of the pharmacy of the Hospital Salud Primavera, representing 57.92% of the total number of respondents, and women with 42.08%, and the age range that most frequent the pharmacy of the Hospital Salud Primavera is 28 to 37 years with 35.32% of the total number of respondents. The conclusion regarding the overall level of customer satisfaction is that 0.26% are not at all satisfied, 44.68% are somewhat satisfied, 54.29% are satisfied and 0.78% are very satisfied.
