Factores del soporte nutricional parenteral en neonatos en el Hospital Distrital Jerusalen Trujillo 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar los factores del Soporte Nutricional Parenteral en Neonatos en el Distrital Jerusalén Trujillo. La tesis es de tipo investigación básica descriptiva, inductiva, retrospectiva, observacional, correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 100 registros de pacientes que recibieron soporte nutricional parenteral (de 1 a 7 días) la muestra lo constituyeron 79 registros de pacientes. La validación del instrumento fue por Juicio de Expertos. Se concluyó que el 58,2% de los neonatos su tratamiento dura frecuentemente de 7 a 13 días; Referente a la edad gestacional en la Indicación de Soporte Nutricional Parenteral se determinó que el 34,2% de los neonatos nacieron muy prematuros; Referente a el peso al nacer en la Indicación de Soporte Nutricional Parenteral en Neonatos se determinó que el 39,2% de los neonatos presentaron peso muy bajo.

The objective is to determine the factors of Parenteral Nutritional Support in Neonates in the Jerusalem Trujillo District. The thesis is a basic descriptive, inductive, retrospective, observational, correlational research. The population consisted of 100 records of patients who received parenteral nutritional support (from 1 to 7 days) and the sample consisted of 79 patient records. The instrument was validated by expert judgment. It was concluded that 58.2% of the neonates were treated for 7 to 13 days; regarding gestational age in the Indication of Parenteral Nutritional Support it was determined that 34.2% of the neonates were born very premature; regarding birth weight in the Indication of Parenteral Nutritional Support in Neonates it was determined that 39.2% of the neonates had very low birth weight.
