Factores protectores de resiliencia en los estudiantes de enfermería al iniciar la carrera profesional en una universidad privada de Huancayo, 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar los factores protectores de la resiliencia en estudiantes de Enfermería al iniciar la carrera profesional en una universidad Privada de Huancayo 2023. El método de estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 90 estudiantes matriculados en el primer semestre de enfermería. La encuesta fue vía virtual y el instrumento un cuestionario tipo Likert. Los resultados indican que los factores protectores de la resiliencia a nivel global sobresalen un 68,9% en interacción, iniciativa 62,2% y creatividad 64.4%. En conclusión, los factores protectores de resiliencia en los estudiantes presentó una tendencia positiva en todas las dimensiones, destacando los factores familia, creatividad e iniciativa.

The objective of the following research is to determine the protective factors of resilience in nursing students at the beginning of their professional career in a private university in Huancayo 2023. The study method was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 90 students enrolled in the first semester of nursing. The survey was conducted online and the instrument was a Likert-type questionnaire. The results indicate that the protective factors of resilience at the global level stand out 68.9% in interaction, initiative 62.2% and creativity 64.4%. In conclusion, the protective factors of resilience in students presented a positive trend in all dimensions, highlighting the family, creativity and initiative factors.
