Factores que influyen en la adherencia del tratamiento antituberculoso en pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Salud Nocheto Lima, 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar los factores que influyen en la adherencia del tratamiento antituberculoso en pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Salud Nocheto Lima 2023. El Método es de tipo diseño no experimental, descriptivo simple- correlacional, la muestra estuvo conformada por 27 pacientes con tuberculosis. Los resultados muestran que el 55,6% son de sexo masculino, 48% tienen 30-59 años de edad, 81,5% tienen secundaria, 59,3% solteros; el nivel de adherencia es 48,1% son de nivel medio, el 44,4 % nivel bajo y 7,4% nivel alto. En conclusión, según la prueba Chi cuadrado los factores influyen de forma significativa en la adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso con un p < 5%.

The objective of the following research is to determine the factors that influence adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in patients treated at the Nocheto Lima 2023 Health Center. The method is a non-experimental, descriptive, simple-correlational design. The sample consisted of 27 patients with tuberculosis. The results show that 55.6% are male, 48% are 30-59 years old, 81.5% have high school, 59.3% are single; the level of adherence is 48.1% are of medium level, 44.4% are of low level and 7.4% are of high level. In conclusion, according to the Chi-square test, the factors significantly influence adherence to antituberculosis treatment with a p < 5%.
