Proximidad entre el conducto dentario inferior y tercera molar en ortopantomografías digitales en un centro radiológico, Ayacucho 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es estimar la proximidad entre el conducto dentario inferior y la tercera molar en ortopantomografías digitales en un centro radiológico, Ayacucho 2023.Métodos. El estudio es básico, nivel descriptivo, método observacional, no experimental, prospectivo y transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por 86 radiografías panorámicas. Los resultados indican que la proximidad entre el conducto dentario inferior y las terceras molares fue de 77.9%, según signos radiográficos de Robert Langlais la banda oscura y adelgazamiento fueron las más prevalentes con 23.3% ambas. En conclusión existe mayor frecuencia de la proximidad de la tercera molar inferior al conducto dentario inferior en la muestra estudiada.

The objective of the research is to estimate the proximity between the lower dental canal and the third molar in digital orthopantomographies in a radiological center, Ayacucho 2023.Methods. The study is basic, descriptive, observational, non-experimental, prospective and transversal, the sample consisted of 86 panoramic radiographs. The results indicate that the proximity between the lower dental canal and the third molars was 77.9%, according to radiographic signs of Robert Langlais the dark band and thinning were the most prevalent with 23.3% both. In conclusion, there was a greater frequency of proximity of the lower third molar to the lower dental canal in the sample studied.
