Percepción de las madres acerca de la calidad de atención de enfermería en el consultorio de CRED del Centro de Salud Justicia Paz y Vida – Huancayo 2019

Abstract

Este estudio fue realizado en el Consultorio de CRED del Centro de Salud Justicia Paz y Vida Huancayo 2019 y consistió en desarrollar un instrumento que nos permitió medir y evaluar la percepción de las madres acerca de la calidad de atención de Enfermería, relacionado con la atención y el trato brindado por el personal del Consultorio de CRED. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la percepción de las madres acerca de la calidad de atención en el consultorio de CRED que frecuentaron de Enero a Junio año 2019, Por lo tanto, se aplicó el método científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es descriptivo. Como resultado de la presente investigación se obtuvo información relevante y como resultado fue que la atención en el servicio de CRED es buena.

This study was carried out in the CRED Office of the Justice and Peace Huancayo Health Center 2019 and consisted of developing an instrument that allowed us to measure and evaluate the perception of mothers about the quality of nursing care, related to care and the treatment provided by the staff of the CRED Office. The objective of this research is to determine the perception of mothers about the quality of care in the CRED office that they attended from January to June 2019, therefore, the scientific method was applied, whose type of research is basic and The level of research is descriptive. As a result of the present investigation, relevant information was obtained and as a result it was that the attention in the CRED service is good.
