Conocimiento sobre Hipertensión Arterial y Estilos de Vida en los Adultos Atendidos en el Puesto de Salud Cullpa, Huancayo, 2024.

Abstract

El presente trabajo académico tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y estilos de vida en los adultos atendidos en el puesto de salud Cullpa, Huancayo, 2024. El método fue básico, y un diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 70 adultos. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 59% tuvo un nivel medio de conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y un estilo de vida regular; el 20% tuvo un nivel alto de conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y un estilo de vida regular; el 4% tuvo un nivel alto de conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y un estilo de vida bueno. En conclusión, se determinó que, no existe relación significativa entre el conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y estilos de vida en los adultos atendidos en el Puesto de Salud Cullpa.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of arterial hypertension and lifestyles in adults treated at the Cullpa health post in Huancayo, Huancayo, 2024. The method was basic, and a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design; the sample consisted of 70 adults. The results showed that 59% had a medium level of knowledge of arterial hypertension and a regular lifestyle; 20% had a high level of knowledge of arterial hypertension and a regular lifestyle; 4% had a high level of knowledge of arterial hypertension and a good lifestyle. In conclusion, it was determined that there was no significant relationship between knowledge of hypertension and lifestyle in adults treated at the Cullpa Health Post.
