Efectividad antibacteriana del extracto etanólico de equisetum giganteum l. Frente a fusobacterium nucleatum microorganismo relacionado a periodontitis, Huancayo, 2024

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el efecto antibacteriano in vitro del extracto etanólico de E. giganteum L. frente a F. nucleatum, este estudio es de tipo experimental, in vitro se seleccionó una muestra de tamaño 10 placas Petri con las siguientes concentraciones; 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50% y 100%. Los resultados según la medida de los halos de inhibición demuestran lo siguiente: Se encontró sensibilidad nula en concentraciones al 6.25 % y 12.5%. Se encontró sensibilidad límite en concentraciones al 25% y 50%. Se encontró sensibilidad media en la concentración al 100%. Conclusión: Existe efecto antibacteriano in vitro del extracto etanólico de E. giganteum L. frente a cepas de F. nucleatum.

The general objective of this research work was to determine the in vitro antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of E. giganteum L. against F. nucleatum, this study is of experimental type, in vitro a sample of size 10 Petri dishes was selected with the following concentrations; 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50% and 100%. The results according to the measurement of the inhibition halos show the following: Null sensitivity was found at concentrations at 6.25% and 12.5%. Borderline sensitivity was found at concentrations of 25% and 50%. Medium sensitivity was found at 100% concentration. Conclusion: There is an in vitro antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of E. giganteum L. against F. nucleatum strains.
