Evaluación del cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de prescripción del Hospital San José de chincha 2024

Abstract

El objetivo es evaluar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción médica del hospital San José de Chincha, 2024. Como método, se utilizó descriptivo, no experimental y transversal; con ficha de recolección de datos. Los resultados del prescriptor, que el 57,1 % no presentan el nombre, el 83,8 % no presentan la dirección, el 71,4 % no presentan el número telefónico, el 9,5 % no presentan la firma y el número de colegiatura. Resultados del paciente, el 88,6 % de las recetas no presentan la dirección, el 74,3 % no presentan el número telefónico. Referente al medicamento, el 57,1 % no muestran el nombre en DCI, el 79,0 % no muestran la concentración, el 2,9 % no muestran la frecuencia de administración, el 7,6 % no presentan la vía de administración. Los datos de la receta en general, el 88,6 % no presentan la vigencia, el 73,3 % no presentan letra legible. En conclusión, no cumplen las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción.

The objective is to evaluate compliance with Good Medical Prescribing Practices at San José de Chincha Hospital, 2024. A descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional method was used, with a data collection form. The results for prescribers show that 57.1% do not include their name, 83.8% do not include their address, 71.4% do not include their telephone number, and 9.5% do not include their signature and professional registration number. Patient results: 88.6% of prescriptions did not include the address, and 74.3% did not include the telephone number. Regarding the medication, 57.1% did not show the name in DCI, 79.0% did not show the concentration, 2.9% did not show the frequency of administration, and 7.6% did not show the route of administration. Regarding the prescription data in general, 88.6% do not include the expiration date, and 73.3% are not legible. In conclusion, they do not comply with Good Prescribing Practices.
