Implementación del sistema de calidad farmacéutica ICH Q10 para la mejora del sistema de gestión de calidad ISO 9001:2008 de la droguería ACCORD HEALTHCARE

Abstract

La implementación del Sistema de Calidad Farmacéutico Q10, contribuyen a la mejora de los sistemas de calidad, a nivel farmacéutico. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue implementar un sistema de calidad farmacéutica Q10, para mejorar el sistema de gestión de calidad ISO 9001:2008 de la droguería ACCORD HEALTHCARE SAC, la investigación presenta un diseño preexperimental, fue de tipo transversal, prospectivo, de nivel aplicativo con enfoque cuantitativo. Tanto la población como la muestra fueron las mismas, debido a que, nuestra elección de muestra fue realizada de forma censal. La técnica de investigación fue la observación que consistió en una revisión documentaria al área de aseguramiento de la calidad de la droguería, con un único instrumento de recolección de datos, la guía de inspección del manual de buenas prácticas de almacenamiento de productos farmacéuticos. En ese sentido, comprobamos nuestro estudio mediante el programa estadístico SPSS, a través de la prueba de McNemar, sabiendo que el rango menor o igual al 5% (p≤0.05) obtenidos en nuestro estudio significaría la validez del instrumento. Dentro del análisis, se obtuvo como resultado que el 45 % de la documentación revisada bajo el sistema ISO 9001:2008, cumplía con los requisitos mínimos legales, establecidos por la DIGEMID, y que después de la implementación del sistema de calidad farmacéutico Q10, cumplían en un 100%. The implementation of the Q10 Pharmaceutical Quality System contributes to the improvement of quality systems at the pharmaceutical level. The objective of this research was to implement a Q10 pharmaceutical quality system to improve the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system of the drugstore ACCORD HEALTHCARE SAC, the research presents a pre-experimental design, it was of transversal type, prospective, of applicative level with quantitative approach. Both the population and the sample were the same, due to the fact that our sample was chosen by census. The research technique was observation, which consisted of a documentary review of the drugstore's quality assurance area, with a single data collection instrument, the inspection guide of the manual of good storage practices for pharmaceutical products. In that sense, we checked our study using the SPSS statistical program, through McNemar's test, knowing that the range less than or equal to 5% (p≤0.05) obtained in our study would mean the validity of the instrument. Within the analysis, it was obtained as a result that 45% of the documentation reviewed under the ISO 9001:2008 system, complied with the minimum legal requirements, established by the DIGEMID, and that after the implementation of the Q10 pharmaceutical quality system, they complied 100%.
