Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre la Satisfacción del usuario y Calidad del cuidado de Enfermería del servicio de Medicina Interna, Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión-Huancayo 2025. La metodología fue básica, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo integrada por 50 usuarios, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 68% de los usuarios presentó un nivel de satisfacción regular, mientras que el 52 % percibió una calidad del cuidado de enfermería de nivel regular. Conclusión: se determinó que, si existe relación positivamente entre la Satisfacción del usuario y calidad del cuidado de enfermería. Según Rho de Spearman con 0,861 y el nivel de significancia de p= < 0,000.
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between user satisfaction and the quality of nursing care in the Internal Medicine service at Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in Huancayo, Peru, in 2025. The results showed that 68% of users reported a fair level of satisfaction, while 52% perceived the quality of nursing care as fair.
