Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de Conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas sobre higiene oral en escolares de la IE N° 30057 María de Fátima, Huancayo 2026, tipo de estudio observacional, prospectiva y descriptiva. estuvo conformada por 127 alumnos de educación primaria. Se utilizó un cuestionario sencillo y claro de 28 preguntas. En los resultados se hallaron que, el conocimiento de los estudiantes fue considerado medio/regular 52.8%, actitudes fue considerada adecuada 76.4% y prácticas sobre higiene oral regular 74%. Se concluye mencionando que, el nivel de conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas sobre higiene oral fue considerado adecuado en los estudiantes de la Institución mencionada.
This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding oral hygiene among schoolchildren at Educational Institution No. 30057 "María de Fátima" in Huancayo; it was an observational, prospective, and descriptive study involving 127 primary school students. A clear, simple 28-question questionnaire was used. The results showed that 52.8% of students had a moderate/fair level of knowledge, 76.4% demonstrated adequate attitudes, and 74% showed fair oral hygiene practices. It is concluded that the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding oral hygiene among the students of the aforementioned institution was considered adequate.
