Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción en recetas atendidas en el Hospital Lima Este-Vitarte durante febrero a abril de 2026. El estudio fue básico, no experimental, descriptivo y transversal, con una muestra de 330 recetas. Se empleó la revisión documental y una ficha de recolección de datos. El cumplimiento general fue de 84,7%, considerado favorable. Por dimensiones, se obtuvo 87,5% en datos del paciente, 81,2% en datos del prescriptor, 70,2% en datos del medicamento y 100% en datos de la receta. Los principales incumplimientos fueron frecuencia del tratamiento (31,2%), diagnóstico (50%) y firma y sello (60,9%). Se concluyó que el cumplimiento fue favorable, recomendándose fortalecer la supervisión y capacitación para mejorar la calidad de la prescripción.
The study aimed to determine adherence to Good Prescribing Practices in prescriptions filled at the Lima Este-Vitarte Hospital between February and April 2026. It was a basic, non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional study with a sample of 330 prescriptions. Data collection involved a document review and a data collection form. Overall adherence was 84.7%, which was considered favorable. By dimension, adherence rates were 87.5% for patient details, 81.2% for prescriber details, 70.2% for medication details, and 100% for prescription details. The main areas of non-compliance were treatment frequency (31.2%), diagnosis (50%), and signature and stamp (60.9%). The study concluded that adherence was favorable and recommended strengthening supervision and training to improve prescribing quality.
