Conocimiento y cumplimiento del manual de buenas prácticas de prescripción en recetas atendidas del módulo Covid del Hospital Huacho Huaura Oyón y SBS - febrero a mayo del 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y cumplimiento del manual de buenas prácticas de prescripción médica El estudio fue de tipo aplicativo, descriptivo, retrospectivo con diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. La muestra fue de 20 prescriptores médicos y 374 recetas, en donde las técnicas para la recolección de datos fueron la encuesta y la revisión documentaria de las recetas; los instrumentos el cuestionario y la ficha de recolección de datos. Los resultados reflejaron que los prescriptores tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto, no obstante, un 56.1% no cumple con el MBPP. Por otro lado, existe apenas una débil correlación negativa de (-0.223) no significativa entre las variables de estudio; finalmente se concluyó que no existe relación directa entre el conocimiento y el cumplimiento del MBPP

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between knowledge of and compliance with the manual of good medical prescribing practices. The study was an applied, descriptive, retrospective, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 20 medical prescribers and 374 prescriptions, where the data collection techniques were the survey and the document review of the prescriptions; the instruments were the questionnaire and the data collection form. The results showed that prescribers have a high level of knowledge; however, 56.1% do not comply with the MBPP. On the other hand, there is only a weak negative correlation of (-0.223), which is not significant between the study variables; finally, it was concluded that there is no direct relationship between knowledge and compliance with the MBPP
