Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación de la calidad de atención de enfermería y nivel de satisfacción en madres de menores de 5 años consultorio Crecimiento y Desarrollo - Cocharcas 2025. Metodología: El estudio fue de tipo básico, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y correlacional. La muestra fue de 156 madres, la técnica para ambas variables fue la encuesta y dos cuestionarios como instrumento. Resultados: el 44,9% (70) perciben que la calidad de atención de enfermería es media y el 31,4% (49) su nivel de satisfacción es media; así mismo, el 28,2% (44) consideran que la calidad de atención es baja y el 17,9% (28) su nivel de satisfacción es baja. Conclusión: existe relación directa significativa y moderada entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y nivel de satisfacción en madres.
