Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación entre la satisfacción laboral y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería del Hospital II Carlos Túppia García Godos – EsSalud, Huamanga, 2026. Fue un estudio básico, no experimental, correlacional y transversal; la población fue de 54 enfermeros y la muestra fue censal; a quienes se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 64,8% del personal presentó un nivel de satisfacción laboral medio y el 35,2% un nivel alto; mientras que el 92,6% evidenció un desempeño laboral de nivel alto y el 7,4% un nivel moderado. Se concluye que existe relación entre la satisfacción laboral y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería del Hospital II Carlos Túppia García Godos (t = 0,393; p = 0,003).
