Abstract
The research is non-experimental, analytical and correlational. For the testing of hypotheses, a Chi-square statistical test was performed in which the asymptotic significance (bilateral) is 0.00 < 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis H1 is accepted: There is a relationship between compliance with protocols and customer satisfaction. This is in agreement with the study by Pajuelo L and Terán P (2020) in which an asymptotic significance of 0.000 was obtained, which proves that there is a relationship between both variables (6). Likewise, the study conducted by Rodriguez S and Vargas F (2020) obtained a high correlation level of 0.678, which determines that there is a relationship between the good management of biosafety protocols and customer satisfaction
