Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la calidad de los cuidados de enfermería y la satisfacción de los pacientes hemodializados del Hospital Nacional Ramiro Prialé Prialé – Huancayo, 2025. Se realizó una investigación correlacional, transversal y de diseño no experimental con una muestra de 97 pacientes seleccionados mediante muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. Se utilizó el cuestionario CARE-Q modificado por León para evaluar la calidad de los cuidados. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 66% percibió una calidad de cuidados regular y el 75% manifestó insatisfacción. El análisis de Rho de Spearman obtuvo un p-valor menor a 0,05. Se concluyó que existe una relación positiva y alta entre la calidad de los cuidados de enfermería y la satisfacción de los pacientes hemodializados.
The study aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients at the Ramiro Prialé Prialé National Hospital in Huancayo (2025).
