Abstract
Objetivo determinar la relación entre la calidad y la satisfacción de la atención obstétrica en usuarias del Centro de Salud Huancán - Huancayo, 2025. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población fue de 5439 usuarias y la muestra estuvo conformada por 359 usuarias. Los resultados evidenciaron en un nivel neutral, con el 64,7 % de respuestas en la categoría ni de acuerdo ni en desacuerdo. En cuanto a la satisfacción, el 65,3 % también se ubicó en una posición neutral. La prueba Chi-cuadrado demostró la existencia de una relación significativa entre la calidad de la atención obstétrica y la satisfacción de las usuarias (p=0,000 < 0,05). Se concluye que la calidad percibida se relaciona directamente con la satisfacción, siendo necesario fortalecer la empatía, la capacidad de respuesta y los recursos tangibles.
