Abstract
The research aimed to determine the relationship between the use of digital tools and inventory control efficiency in pharmacies in Santiago de Surco, 2026. A quantitative, applied, descriptive-correlational, and non-experimental cross-sectional approach was used with a sample of 113 independent pharmacies. The results showed that 56.6% of pharmacies had low use of digital tools and 60.2% had low inventory efficiency. A strong and significant positive correlation was found between the two variables (Rho = 0.781; p = 0.000). It was concluded that greater implementation of digital tools is associated with greater inventory control efficiency.
