Abstract

Regarding loyalty, 60.78% demonstrated a favorable level, while 32.34% showed a medium level and 6.89% a low level, highlighting the central issue addressed in the research. Furthermore, a direct and significant relationship was found between the two variables (Rho = 0.722; p = 0.000).
