Aceptación de fármacos genéricos en usuarios del servicio de farmacia del Hospital Militar Central, Lima 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar el nivel de aceptación de los fármacos genéricos en los usuarios del hospital Militar Central Lima, 2022. Como método, estudio de tipo cuantitativo observacional fue no experimental descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por 100 pacientes del Hospital Militar Central; la muestra lo constituyeron 79 pacientes. El instrumento fue validado por el juicio de expertos. Como resultados, dentro de las características sociodemográficas se destaca que existe predominancia del sexo masculino (46,6%), el 40,5% tienen más de 45 años de edad y el 44,3% estudiaron secundaria. Se concluye que los usuarios obtienen un nivel medio respecto a las dimensiones; porque piensan que los medicamentos de marca son mejores, hay falta de conocimiento por parte del usuario, dado que no existe ninguna diferencia entre medicamentos genéricos y de marca.

The objective is to determine the level of acceptance of generic drugs in the users of the hospital Militar Central Lima, 2022. The method was a descriptive non-experimental observational quantitative study. The population consisted of 100 patients of the Hospital Militar Central; the sample consisted of 79 patients. The instrument was validated by expert judgment. As results, within the sociodemographic characteristics it is highlighted that there is a predominance of male sex (46.6%), 40.5% are over 45 years of age and 44.3% studied high school. It is concluded that the users obtain a medium level with respect to the dimensions; because they think that brand-name drugs are better, there is a lack of knowledge on the part of the user, given that there is no difference between generic and brand-name drugs.
