Factores de adherencia al tratamiento en adultos con tuberculosis en el hospital de Vista Alegre Trujillo – La Libertad, 2022

Abstract

Se tiene por objetivo determinar los factores que influyen en la adherencia al tratamiento en adultos con tuberculosis en el hospital de Vista Alegre Trujillo – La Libertad, 2022. Es un estudio descriptivo, observacional y retrospectivo. La muestra la constituyeron 102 pacientes del hospital de Vista Alegre Trujillo – La Libertad. La validación del instrumento fue por juicio de expertos. Se evidencio que los pacientes a pesar que cuentan con el apoyo familiar, su casa no queda lejos del hospital y están en algún grupo de apoyo y quieren seguir con el tratamiento no presentaron adherencia por que se sienten desmotivados, deprimidos, la enfermedad los ha limitado en sus actividades diarias, han debido cambiar su estilo de vida y la dieta a seguir no les gusta.

The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence adherence to treatment in adults with tuberculosis in the hospital of Vista Alegre Trujillo - La Libertad, 2022. It is a descriptive, observational and retrospective study. The sample consisted of 102 patients from the hospital of Vista Alegre Trujillo - La Libertad. The instrument was validated by expert judgment. It was found that although the patients have family support, their home is not far from the hospital and they are in a support group and want to continue with the treatment, they did not adhere because they feel unmotivated, depressed, the disease has limited their daily activities, they have had to change their lifestyle and they do not like the diet they follow.
