La Gestión Logística y el Proceso de Contratación en la Municipalidad Distrital de Yauyos – Región Junín, 2024.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión logística y el proceso de contratación en la Municipalidad Distrital de Yauyos-Región Junín,2024 La metodología fue de tipo básica, nivel correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, con una población de 40 trabajadores administrativos con un estudio censal, utilizando la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, con un resultado de correlación de Rho de Spearman (r = 0.585**) y con un nivel de significancia p (0.000) entre la Gestión Logística y el Proceso de Contratación la cual rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna, llegando a la conclusión de que si existe una relación directa y significativa entre la gestión logística y el proceso de contratación en la Municipalidad Distrital de Yauyos-Región Junín,2024.
