Abstract
This research aimed to determine the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction at EMAPA S.A. in the Ascensión district of Huancavelica. The study employed a quantitative approach, basic research type, correlational level, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 3,700 users, and a sample of 348 was used; data were collected via surveys and questionnaires based on the SERVQUAL and ACSI models. The results showed that 77.6% of users rated service quality at a medium level, and 86.8% reported medium satisfaction. Finally, the study concluded that there is a significant, weak positive relationship between the two variables (Rho = 0.345; p < 0.001), meaning that improvements in service quality lead to increased user satisfaction.
