Abstract

The results indicated favorable satisfaction levels regarding empathy (70.09%), assurance (66.90%), responsiveness (76.71%), and waiting time (77.38%). No statistically significant relationships were found between sex or age and the dimensions of satisfaction evaluated (p > 0.05). It was concluded that there is insufficient statistical evidence of an association between these sociodemographic characteristics and the satisfaction of older adults.
